Description (Service) Support for people living with diabetes, pre-diabetes, Type 1 diabetes
  • One-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise and other lifestyle choices
  • Registered nurse, dietitian on staff
Additional services available in group and individual settings include:
  • starting insulin
  • insulin pumps
  • education programs
  • pregnancy and diabetes
  • education awareness events
  • education and training for health care professionals
  • community service group
