Description (Service) | All dog owners in Orillia must license their dog(s). The City of Orillia now offers 'Lifetime Licenses' for your dog, with valid proof of Rabies Vaccine. The Animal Control and Licensing Department oversees dog licensing and enforces by-law violations relating to dogs. All dogs must be on a leash no longer than 10 feet (3 metres) in length when off its owner's property and must be kept under control at all times. Remember to stoop and scoop. No owner of a dog shall allow their dog to howl, bark excessively or become a nuisance. This prohibition is in effect 24 hours per day. All complaints regarding noise and lack of leash should be issued through the Orillia Animal Control 705-325-2110. After hours Emergency Service available. |
