Description
Description (Service) | Rotary Respite House supports 3-5 children who have high medical or complex care needs with short-term visits, weekend and day respite and a variety of program options. Respite coordinator helps to identify respite needs and develop and implement an individual respite plan. Gives caregivers have a chance to recharge. Flex Fund available to families who do not meet eligibility criteria for other funding sources One to One Respite Providers - trained and screened to provide care in the home or community Out of Home Respite - trained and screened families and individuals provide care in their home to develop skills with integrated options Camps, community activities and other respite programs - Opportunities to develop skills in different settings and create integrated options |
