Description
Description (Service) | Rotary Respite House supports up to 3 children who have high medical or complex care needs with short-term visits, weekend and day respite and a variety of program options. Respite coordinator helps to identify respite needs and develop and implement an individual respite plan. Gives caregivers have a chance to recharge. Flex Fund available to families who do not meet eligibility criteria for other funding sources |
