Description

Description (Service) COVID19 Modified in-person access has resumed. If both parties have been contacted, intakes are being done over the phone. Contact 519-508-6101. Visit Facebook for updates on services.
In addition to modified in person access Two Emergency Services available: Electronic Exchange of information between parties including updates and photos of children or, if all parties are in agreement, offsite virtual visits.

Program that helps ease the tension of access arrangements for children and for either custodial and non-custodial parents or other relatives
Factual Reports - reports of what happens during parent child contacts that available to the lawyers and participants when requested.
Supervised Family Exchanges - provide a neutral place where families can drop off and pick up their child(ren). While on site, the children are fully supervised during the transition time of the exchange.
Supervised Family Visits - Supervised Family Visits between non-custodial parents or relatives and their child(ren) in a neutral setting. Visit is monitored by trained staff and volunteers.

Dates Program is closed on holidays and long weekends and from Dec 24-Jan 2

Eligibility Families in conflict requiring assistance with custody and access arrangements.
Application Self referral or court ordered referral. Participants are responsible to make the initial contact with the Supervised Access Coordinator.
