In-person services currently available in office

Aquafit classes at Stratford YMCA, 204 Downie St Wed 10:45 am-11:30 am. Reiki and theraputic Touch treatments available during the week. Small intimate in-house meditation and chair yoga - check website for these in-person programs.

Support Centre for those affected by cancer, their caregivers and loved ones. Programs may include: Gentle Yoga, Relaxation Therapy, Meditation, Nutrition Workshops, Reiki, Theraputic Touch, Art Therapy, Look Good Feel Better, Resource Centre and lending library. Online/phone support
