| Description (Service) | Crossing Bridges is a confidential, virtual safe space for young people aged 12-24 to:
Crossing Bridges also provides one-time, 30 minute counselling session to parents/caregivers concerned about the addiction or substance use of a youth in their lives. All services offered through Crossing Bridges, including addictions counselling, are free. Visit crossingbridges.ca HERE and click "Resources" to view information about addiction, substance use and mental health. For parent and caregiver focused information, click "For Parents/Adults". To book a counselling appointment, click "Virtual Counselling" in the upper right-hand corner of the website, scroll down and click "sign up", then choose a date on the calendar and follow the prompts. Crossing Bridges is a self-referral service, although community partners are welcome to reach out with questions/concerns. |
