Description (Service)

The Adult Day Program service is available to older adults and adults with special needs who may be having difficulty with activities of daily living and would benefit from interacting in a social, recreational and supportive atmosphere.

Benefits:
• Personal Support Workers available to assist participants.
• Individualized Client-centred care.
• Recreational Staff offer individual and group activities.
• Morning coffee and snack.
• Hot, nutritional, full-course meal.
• Exercise program.
• Respite for the caregiver.
• Assistance with medication (if needed).
• Transportation can be arranged for an additional fee if required.

Mon-Fri 9 am-3 pm. Extended hours can be arranged according to need

Areas Served North Perth
Eligibility

Seniors and older adults who are living in the community (as opposed to Long Term Care). This program supports residents of North Perth and the surrounding rural areas.
