No postage is required when mailing a letter to any Member of Parliament as long as it is a regular sized envelope, mark MP clearly on the envelope
Congratulatory messages for anniversaries and birthdays (starting from the milestones below and at intervals of five years thereafter) can be sent from:
MP or the Prime Minister (65th birthday, 25th anniversary)
the Governor General (90th birthday, 50th anniversary)
the Queen (100th birthday, 60th anniversary)
Allow minimum of eight weeks for messages and allow 6 months for messages from Queen
