Description
Description (Service) Helps youth search for housing, move in and remain housed.
  • offers regular check-ins and provides referrals to other supports 
  • works with landlords to help build positive relationships with youth  
  • Supports youth in diverting from homelessness, as well as preventing entry into homelessness through early intervention in precarious housing situations.
 
 
YES also provides a Trustee Worker for Youth to support youth who require trustee financial services to remain housed.
