Description (Service) Aims to improve the quality of life for people living with developmental disabilities * provides opportunities for learning and skill development in the areas of employment, recreation, volunteerism and community involvement. Programs are geared to help people of all abilities to: 
* foster and value real friendships  
* make informed choices, respecting personal safety and security 
* honour personal worth and citizenship 
* promote life-long learning 
* live a healthy and active lifestyle, enjoying life and having fun with families, friends and neighbours
