Description (Service) Improves the quality of life for people living with developmental disabilities by providing opportunities for learning and skill development in the areas of employment, recreation, volunteerism and community involvement. Programs are geared to help people of all abilities to:

* make informed choices, respecting personal safety and security 
* honour personal worth and citizenship 
* promote life-long learning 
* live a healthy and active lifestyle, enjoying life and having fun with families, friends and neighbours

Individuals with a developmental disability and, in the case of Employment Supports, individuals with any recognized barrier to employment.
