Description (Service) Offers the following services: 
* Aboriginal Prenatal Nutrition Program and Community Action Program for Children (CAPC): addresses the physical emotional, cultural and spiritual well-being of families who live off reserve with a focus on children from 0-6 years of age and their families* child care provided 
* Long Term Care Program: Healthy living information, resources, and referrals for all seniors, physically or intellectually challenged and chronically ill community members of Aboriginal ancestry who live off-reserve 
* Social Wellness and Awareness Program: individual supports, services and opportunities to enhance the quality of life through partnerships, education and cultural based activities and teaching
