Description (Service) COVID19 Service available by phone, curbside check-ins, and referrals to a counsellor. 
Offering support in helping individuals understand and live with mental health challenges and assistance with support to help improve their lives.  
* Outreach to promote awareness of the Mental Health & Well-Being program and ensure access to the program  
* Meet holistic needs of clients  
* One to One Peer support  
* Referrals to external agencies/help where required and requested to minimize negative effects of mental health  
* Establish and maintain relationships/partnerships with local and mental health agencies  
* Plan and deliver culturally appropriate programs and activities, educational sessions, life-skills training related to mental health
