Description

Description (Service) Provides a stimulating program in a supportive, secure environment for older adults who live in the community and need support to remain at home.

Services include:
  • Variety of social and recreational activities, personal care support, hot noon meal, refreshments, and excursions for program participants
  • Regular day of respite is provided for family caregivers

Eligibility Seniors and older adults living with a disability, Alzheimer's Disease, dementia, cognitive impairment, frail elderly, or socially isolated
