Description (Service)

Provides culturally relevant and community specific mental health and addiction services to Indigenous individuals, families, and communities of the Parry Sound and Muskoka Districts. Services include:

  • Assessment and referral
  • Crisis support
  • Counselling treatment
  • Concurrent Disorder treatment (Mental Health and Addiction issues)
  • Community Development aimed at improving First Nations mental health and the resources to deal with mental health issues

Direction for the design, development, and delivery of these services is provided by the Indigenous Partners Advisory Circle which represents the First Nation Indigenous communities of the two Districts.

Service Details

Hours Office: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, after hours crisis is available.
Areas Served Muskoka District ; Parry Sound District
Eligibility Member of First Nations community within Muskoka or Parry Sound.
