Description (Service) Services and opportunities that enable children and adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities to effectively participate in their community according to their interests and abilities. Services include:  
 
Residential Accommodation - group homes, associate living and supported independent living 
 
Senior Services - individualized supports to adults with developmental disabilities in order to participate more fully in community life through activities such as: community work and volunteer service * education instruction * recreational pursuits * life skills enhancement * community skills such as shopping and medical appointments * 
 
Children and Youth Services - family support services and transitional youth services 
 
Respite Services - support and temporary relief for families involved in caring for a family member with a developmental and/or physical disability  
 
Leading Into New Careers(LINC) - connect people with employment barriers to best suited employment through Employment Preparation, Job Matching, Job Development, Job Trials and Job Coaching, click for further details 
 
Person-Directed Planning - examine life situations to identify supports needed to improve and ensure highest quality of life
