Driver and Vehicle Services
  • Accessible parking permits - apply, renew, replace or change information.
  • Driver's licence - change address, change name, renew, replace, licence reinstatement, out of province driver's license renewals and temporary driver's licenses
  • Copies of records - driver's records, motorized vehicle record/abstract, motorized snow vehicle record, off-road vehicle record, commercial vehicle operator records, driver's abstract
  • Motorized snow vehicle operators' licence and Permits - replace or apply for snow mobile licence, replace or apply for snow vehicle permit and validation stickers

Photo Identification
  • Ontario Photo Card - acquire, renew, replace, change the address, change name, digital photos, change digital signature
An Ontario photo card is government-issued photo identification that will allow non- drivers aged 16 years and over to access government, financial or business services that require proof of identity, such as cashing a cheque, opening a new bank account, obtaining a credit card, boarding a domestic flight, returning merchandise to a store, obtaining hotel accommodations and renting a home video. Ontario residents 16 years of age and over who do not hold a driver's licence are eligible for the Ontario photo card. Cost $35.
