Description (Service) Provides access to small, remote, rural, Indigenous and Francophone communities across the province to participate in online and distance programs and courses offered 24 Ontario colleges 22 public universities, 9 Aboriginal institutes, 76 boards of education and 250 literacy and basic skills and training without having to leave their community including: 
* connections to full and part-time programs and courses through virtual classrooms and online learning centres 
* information on programs and courses, and the technology used  
* access to over 1,000 online programs and 18,000 courses  
Programs and courses are delivered through:  
* Web conferencing 
* Audioconferencing  
* Videoconferencing  
* Proctoring of exams
