Description
| Description (Service) | Support to adults with a developmental disability living independently in the community. Also provides support to adults living in their parental home who wish to learn the skills required to move to a more independent setting. Offers individualized and community support and advocacy to inspire people to live a good, wholesome and fulfilling life in their community. |
