Provide affordable rental housing for people with low to moderate income, seniors or people with special needs throughout Northumberland County.
* Offer rent geared-to-income housing for 344 municipally owned units, rent supplement units and private non-profit/co-operative and federal housing providers throughout Northumberland County
* Maintains the centralized waiting lists for subsidized housing
* Buildings are located in Port Hope, Cobourg, Colborne, Warkworth, Hastings, Brighton and Campbellford
* Waiting period for subsidized housing and vacant units are offered on a chronological basis, according to the date the application is received.
