Description (Service) Young people, 14-21 years of age, who have an intellectual disability and live in the City of Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton and Peterborough are assisted to plan early for life after graduation, to enable them to have meaningful lives and participate in their community. Family support is offered with funding applications, attending school meetings, helping to understand the adult developmental service system and accessing community resources.
