Children's Services Council of Kawartha Lakes/Haliburton

Description (Service) The Children's Services Council is a non-profit agency funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and the Ministry of Community and Social Services to provide service co-ordination and plan for children’s services in our community.
We help by:
• Providing information about services
• Making connections with resources
• Supporting holistic service plans
• Advocating
Participation within our program is strictly on a volunteer basis and confidentiality is respected. Parental involvement is welcomed and supported through the service process as families are encouraged to advocate on behalf of their child.
