| Description (Service) | In partnership with the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service and Ontario Provincial Police, the Extrajudicial Measures assists youth through a pre-charge diversion program while holding them accountable for their actions. In partnership with the City of Kawartha Lake's Youth Crown's Office and Youth Justice Committee, the Extrajudicial Sanctions assists youth through a diversion program as an alternative to the formal court process. |
