Description (Service) Mental Health Therapists and Psychiatrists work together to help individuals and couples deal with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss and relationship issues.
  • A range of services is available to enrolled patients of Barrie and Community Family Health Team Physicians including short term counselling, psycho educational groups, psychiatric consultation, and linkages to community resources.

Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
Areas Served Barrie
Eligibility Individuals 18 yrs and older with a mental health concern who are registered patients of Barrie and Community Family Health Team Doctors/Nurse Practitioners
  • Referral from a Family Health Team Physician or Nurse Practitioner is required
  • initial consultation appointment will assess service needs
