| Description (Service) | Supports individuals with developmental challenges over 18 years of age in various job related endeavours or volunteer placements in the community. To ensure a successful experience, Employment Consultants are continuously tailoring services to meet the needs and changing interests of people supported. The support provided often requires gaining access to diverse services in our community. Acceptance to this program is based on readiness, staff caseloads, and level of need. |
