Description (Service) Vulnerable person registry * Self-registration, completely voluntary. Registry promotes communication between vulnerable persons, the people who support them and the police. The information will assist officers responding to an emergency involving a vulnerable person. Alzheimer's Society of Perth County does annual updates and can answer questions
