Description (Service) | A four county (City of Kawartha Lakes, Peterborough, Haliburton, and Northumberland) intervention program that helps individuals who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis get their lives back on track and stay well. Works with individuals and their families to identify challenges and develop an individual treatment plan. Offers:
